EYEZIE Return & Refund Policy
At EYEZIE, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return and refund guidelines carefully before initiating a return:
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 15 days of receiving your purchase. Items returned after this period will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. Items that are worn, damaged, or altered in any way will not be accepted.
2. Exceptions
- Personalized or Custom Items: Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, returns are not accepted for buyer’s remorse or items that are clearly personalized.
- Size Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing. Please refer to our size guide before placing your order.
- Hygiene Products: For health and hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g., face masks) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
3. Reporting Issues
If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, claims must be submitted within 15 days of receiving the product.
- To report an issue, contact our support team with a detailed description of the problem and photos of the product, if applicable.
- Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted within 15 days of the estimated delivery date.
4. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original method of payment.
- Items returned without prior approval may not be eligible for a refund.
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
- In cases where items are returned due to incorrect addresses or unclaimed shipments, customers will be responsible for reshipment costs.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
- Wrong Address: If an insufficient or incorrect address is provided, the shipment will be returned, and customers will be responsible for reshipment fees.
- Unclaimed Shipments: Unclaimed shipments will be returned. Reshipping will incur additional costs.
- Charity Donations: Unclaimed returns may be donated to charity after 30 days if not resolved.
7. International Returns
For EU customers, per Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods made to consumer specifications or clearly personalized.
- Sealed goods unsealed after delivery that are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
