At EYEZIE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow these guidelines:
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached. Items that are worn, damaged, or altered in any way will not be accepted.
- Refund Process: Once we receive your returned items and inspect them, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
